As the city attorney for Carmel, California, Glen Mozingo draws on 40 years of experience practicing law. He graduated from Western State University with a bachelor of science in law and received his juris doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, after which he completed a postgraduate diploma course in international law from the University of Oxford's Balliol College.

Glen Mozingo has built a client base that includes city and county representatives as well as the Automobile Club of Southern California, which he served as supervisor of its government relations division.
